FAQ

The questions we hear most often.

  • What is staff leasing?

Staff leasing is open-ended agency staffing: a professional is permanently employed by a staffing agency and works full-time at a user company, with no end date to the assignment. The company gets continuity and long-term skills without hiring directly.

  • What's the difference between staff leasing and fixed-term staffing?

The difference is duration. Staff leasing has no duration limit and is meant for stable roles and multi-year projects; fixed-term staffing lasts at most 24 months and covers temporary needs. In both cases the agency is the legal employer.

  • How many workers can you hire on staff leasing?

Workers on open-ended agency staffing cannot exceed 20% of the user company's permanent employees as of 1 January, unless collective agreements set different limits. We check compliance with this threshold before every placement.

  • Who manages the contract, payroll and compliance in staff leasing?

All on the agency. We remain the formal employer and handle hiring, pay, contributions, compliance and the person's development. You coordinate the daily work with no administrative burden.

  • When is staff leasing better than a direct hire?

When you need stable skills but want to keep headcount flexible, avoid HR management costs, or staff multi-year projects without long-term commitments. It's the solidity of an in-house figure without the management burden.
